Hiring a private jet is not just for taking a flight; it is the whole experience from the moment you book to the moment you land at your destination. But what things can you request to make your flight extra special?

1 Celebrations

Be it a birthday or anniversary, a celebration can be held onboard, and sometimes we like to surprise our guests with a specially decorated cabin, welcome drinks and canapés, and a personalized gift. We will do our utmost to make the day as memorable as possible.

2 Upgrade the aircraft

In money is no object, you can upgrade your private jet for a more comfortable state-of-the-art aircraft like the Gulfstream G650 or Global 7000. They have private areas in which to relax, work and eat and lots of space and comfortable interiors for a long-haul flight. You may wish to have WiFi onboard too, or a dedicated flight attendant to serve your drinks and meals.

3 Smoking on aircraft

Not all private jets are available for smoking as some owners/operators prefer their cabin to be smoke-free and immaculate. If you wish to smoke onboard, it is worth asking the operator if they have an aircraft that can be smoked in. Often they will be able to find an aircraft available.

4 Chauffeur service

Most operators will have a chauffeur service available for clients, whether you wish to travel by minivan, limousine, or sometimes even water taxi, they will arrange it to and from the airport. Depending on the airport, you will either walk straight from the VIP terminal to the aircraft or be chauffeured directly to the steps.

5 Concierge

Most operators have a concierge service to organize any additional extras you wish. If you want them to book a particular hotel, reserve a table at a restaurant or arrange a personal shopper in Paris, it will be done. If there is a sold-out show you wish to see, the concierge will be at hand.

6 Pet travel

Most operators accept pets onboard, and some operators have specialized pet programs to ensure that your pet is well cared for in the air. Although there are still rules regarding traveling with a pet, they can also sometimes travel alone too!

7 Lie flat beds

If you wish to sleep during a flight, the minimum to look for on a private jet is a lie-flat bed. Many larger types do have pull-out divan beds with a closed-off door for privacy or a complete full-sized bed in a separate bedroom. The flight attendant will make up the bed on request with the best linens, feather pillows, and cashmere blankets.

8 Private parties

Private parties can be held onboard, and sometimes on larger aircraft, they may have musicians, personal chefs, and even bar mixologists. Music, entertainment, lighting and temperature control can all be dictated by the guest.

9 Curated experience

More operators are now offering curated menus and experiences to make the flight even more bespoke and tailored. You can choose from world foods from around the globe, choose your favorite wine lists, or even the reading material onboard.

10 Meals onboard

You choose the menu, whether it's a fast food meal or lobster and caviar all the way. The client can order whatever they want to eat, even if it's a 5-star Michelin tasting menu. If they wish to have a meal from their favorite Indian restaurant or The Savoy Hotel, it can always be arranged.
